✧ Inheritance of Children Born out of Wedlock

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْحُرِّ حَدَّثَنِي الْحَكَمُ

«أَنَّ وَلَدَ الزِّنَا لَا يَرِثُهُ الَّذِي يَدَّعِيهِ وَلَا يَرِثُهُ الْمَوْلُودُ»

Translation
