حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ «أَنَّهُ
كَانَ لَا يُوَرِّثُ وَلَدَ الزِّنَا وَإِنْ ادَّعَاهُ الرَّجُلُ»
