أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَشْعَثُ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ
«كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ أَنْ لَا يُوَرِّثَ الْحَمِيلَ إِلَّا بِبَيِّنَةٍ وَإِنْ جَاءَتْ بِهِ فِي خِرَقِهَا»
