✧ Regarding the rights of a Muslim upon another Muslim

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

لِلْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ سِتٌّ يُسَلِّمُ عَلَيْهِ إِذَا لَقِيَهُ وَيُشَمِّتُهُ إِذَا عَطَسَ وَيَعُودُهُ إِذَا مَرِضَ وَيُجِيبُهُ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَشْهَدُهُ إِذَا تُوُفِّيَ وَيُحِبُّ لَهُ مَا يُحِبُّ لِنَفْسِهِ وَيَنْصَحُ لَهُ بِالْغَيْبِ

Translation

✧ A Muslim has six rights over another Muslim: he greets him with peace when he meets him, responds to his sneeze, visits him when he is ill, answers his invitation, attends his funeral, loves for him what he loves for himself, and advises him sincerely in his absence.
