أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ هُوَ ابْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْبَقِيعِ فَقَالَ «يَا مَعْشَرَ التُّجَّارِ» حَتَّى إِذَا اشْرَأَبُّوا قَالَ «التُّجَّارُ يُحْشَرُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فُجَّارًا إِلَّا مَنِ اتَّقَى اللَّهَ وَبَرَّ وَصَدَقَ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out to al-Baqi' and said, “O assembly of merchants!” until they craned their necks. He said, “Merchants will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection as wicked sinners, except those who fear Allah, act righteously, and speak truthfully.”
