✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent Muadh b. Jabal and Abu Musa to Yemen. He said: "Support one another, yield to one another, make things easy, and do not repel." They arrived in Yemen, and Muadh addressed the people, urging them to Islam and commanding them to seek understanding of the Quran. He said: "When you have done that, ask me and I will inform you about the people of Paradise from the people of the Fire." They remained as long as Allah willed them to remain, then they said to Muadh: "You commanded us, when we have gained understanding and read, to ask you so that you inform us of the people of Paradise from the people of the Fire." Muadh said to them: "When a man is mentioned with good, he is from the people of Paradise; and when he is mentioned with evil, he is from the people of the Fire."
