أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ
عَنْ عَطَاءٍ {أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ} [النساء 59] قَالَ أُولُو الْعِلْمِ وَالْفِقْهِ وَطَاعَةُ الرَّسُولِ اتِّبَاعُ الْكِتَابِ وَالسُّنَّةِ
Translation

✧ From Ata, regarding {Obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you} [an-Nisa 59]: He said: "Those of knowledge and understanding. And obedience to the Messenger is following the Book and the Sunnah."
