machine translationIt was narrated by Mālik, Yūnus b. Yazīd, ʿUqayl b. Khālid, Ibn ʿUyaynah, Sufyān b. Ḥusayn, Muḥammad b. Isḥāq, Maʿmar, Burd b. Sinān and Usāmah b. Zayd, from al-Zuhrī, from Muḥammad b. Jubayr, from his father. It was also narrated by Muḥammad b. ʿAlqamah from al-Zuhrī, and there is disagreement about it from him. Ḥammād b. Salamah narrated it from Muḥammad b. ʿAmr, from al-Zuhrī, from Nāfiʿ b. Jubayr, from his father, and he erred (wahima) in saying "Nāfiʿ b. Jubayr". Dāwūd b. al-Muḥabbar said that from Ḥammād b. Salamah, while others narrate it from Muḥammad b. ʿAmr, from al-Zuhrī, from Muḥammad b. Jubayr, from his father, and that is the correct version.
