إِذَا رَأَيْتُمُ الرَّجُلَ يَعْتَادُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَاشْهَدُوا لَهُ بِالْإِيمَانِ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يَقُولُ {إِنَّمَا يَعْمُرُ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ}

    machine translationMost of these hadiths that I dictated are among those in which Darrāj is not corroborated.

    in مسند الدارمي, p. 1254

    machine translationI hope that, if I discount Darrāj and clear him of these hadiths which I have declared objectionable (munkar) from him, the rest of his hadiths are not problematic, and that his case comes close to what Yaḥyā b. Maʿīn said about him.

    in مسند الدارمي, p. 1254
