أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ يَغْشَى امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ أَوْ رَأَتِ الطُّهْرَ وَلَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ قَالَ «يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَيَتَصَدَّقُ بِخُمُسِ دِينَارٍ»
Translation

✧ Regarding a man who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating or after she has seen purity but has not yet bathed, he said: “He should seek Allah’s forgiveness and give one-fifth of a dinar in charity.”
