قُرِئَ عَلَى أَبِي الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ حَدَّثَكُمُ الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى نا هِقْلُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ عَطَاءٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
إِنَّ رَجُلًا أَصَابَتْهُ جِرَاحَةٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَأَصَابَتْهُ جَنَابَةٌ فَاسْتَفْتَى فَأُفْتِيَ بِالْغُسْلِ فَاغْتَسَلَ فَمَاتَ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ قَتَلُوهُ قَتَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ أَلَمْ يَكُنْ شِفَاءُ الْعِيِّ السُّؤَالُ قَالَ عَطَاءٌ فَبَلَغَنِي أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ بَعْدُ فَقَالَ لَوْ غَسَلَ جَسَدَهُ وَتَرَكَ رَأْسَهُ حَيْثُ أَصَابَتْهُ الْجِرَاحُ أَجْزَاءَهُ
