- M. ibn Ḥibbān al-Bustī
in سنن الدارقطني, p. 660 - Dāraquṭnī
machine translationAttributing this hadith to the Prophet (raf') is weak (ḍaʿīf), and its being stopped at the Companion (waqf) is the sound position.
machine translationWhat emerges from the words of these imams is the weakness of attributing this hadith to the Prophet (raf') and the soundness of its being stopped at the Companion (waqf).

machine translationIt is a rejected hadith (munkar), and al-Dāraquṭnī was mistaken in attributing it to the Prophet (raf'). He said: the sound report from Jābir is from his own saying.
in سنن الدارقطني, p. 660
