حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا نا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ نا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا وَأَبِي حَيَّانَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ عَلَى مِنْبَرِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَمَّا بَعْدُ فَإِنَّ الْخَمْرَ نَزَلَ تَحْرِيمُهَا وَهِيَ مِنْ خَمْسٍ مِنَ الْعِنَبِ وَالْحِنْطَةِ وَالشَّعِيرِ وَالتَّمْرِ وَالْعَسَلِ
