حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ نا أَبُو حَيَّانَ التَّيْمِيُّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ عَلَى مِنْبَرِ رَسُولِ

اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ أَمَّا بَعْدُ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ فَإِنَّهُ نَزَلَ تَحْرِيمُ الْخَمْرِ وَهِيَ مِنْ خَمْسَةٍ مِنَ الْعِنَبِ وَالْعَسَلِ وَالتَّمْرِ وَالْحِنْطَةِ وَالشَّعِيرِ وَالْخَمْرُ مَا خَامَرَ الْعَقْلَ وَثَلَاثٌ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ وَدِدْتُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَهِدَ إِلَيْنَا فِيهِنَّ عَهْدًا نَنْتَهِي إِلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ وَالْكَلَالَةُ وَأَبْوَابٌ مِنْ أَبْوَابِ الرِّبَا
