حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْفَارِسِيُّ نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ خَلَفٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ نا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ نا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ نا الزُّهْرِيُّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ خَطَبَ فَقَالَ أَلَا لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ الْخَائِنِ وَلَا الْخَائِنَةِ وَلَا ذِي غِمْرٍ عَلَى أَخِيهِ وَلَا الْمَوْقُوفِ عَلَى حَدٍّ
