نا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْبَحْرَانِيُّ نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ صَدَقَةَ نا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جَوْشَنٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ أَنَّهُ كَتَبَ إِلَى ابْنِهِ وَهُوَ قَاضِي بِسَجِسْتَانَ إِنِّي
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَقْضِيَنَّ الْقَاضِي بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ وَلَا يَقْضِيَنَّ فِي أَمْرٍ قَضَائَيْنِ
