نا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَاعِدٍ نا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ الْكَلَاعِيُّ بِحِمْصَ نا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ رَوْحٍ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنِ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

أَتَى عُمَرُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ أَرْضًا بِخَيْبَرَ مَا أَصَبْتُ مَالًا قَطُّ هُوَ أَنْفَسُ عِنْدِي مِنْهُ فَمَا تَأْمُرُنِي قَالَ إِنْ شِئْتَ حَبَسْتَ أَصْلَهَا وَتَصَدَّقْتَ بِهَا قَالَ فَحَبَسَ عُمَرُ أَصْلَهَا وَتَصَدَّقَ بِهَا لَا يُبَاعُ وَلَا يُوهَبُ وَلَا يُورَثُ فِي الْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْقُرْبَى وَالرِّقَابِ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ وَالضَّيْفِ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ وَلِيَهَا أَنْ يَأْكُلَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَأَنْ يُطْعِمَ صَدِيقًا غَيْرَ مُتَمَوِّلٍ فِيهِ
