نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ الْحَنَّاطُ نا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ يُونُسَ السَّرَّاجُ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ وَمَالِكٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ قَالَ

سُئِلَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ لَهُ امْرَأَةٌ وَسَرِيَّةٌ فَوَلَدَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا غُلَامًا وَأَرْضَعَتِ الْأُخْرَى جَارِيَةً هَلْ يَصِحُّ لِلْغُلَامِ أَنْ يَنْكِحَ الْجَارِيَةَ فَقَالَ لَا اللِّقَاحُ وَاحِدٌ

✧ Ibn Abbas was asked about a man who has a wife and a concubine; one of them gave birth to a boy and the other breastfed a girl. Is it valid for the boy to marry the girl? He replied: 'No, the milk is one.'
