نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَمْدَوَيْهِ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ نا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ آدَمَ نا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ ؓ
لَا يَرِثُ الْقَاتِلُ خَطَأً وَلَا عَمْدًا
