نا أَبُو طَالِبٍ الْحَافِظُ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْأَعْمَى نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ
لَيْسَ لِقَاتِلٍ مِيرَاثٌ
