نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَتْحِ الْقَلَانِسِيُّ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ نا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ
قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَا يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ مِلَّتَيْنِ شَتَّى مُخْتَلِفَتَيْنِ قَالَ وَالْمَرْأَةُ تَرِثُ مِنْ عَقْلِ زَوْجِهَا وَمَالِهِ وَهُوَ يَرِثُ مِنْ عَقْلِهَا وَمَالِهَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَقْتُلَ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ فَإِنْ هُوَ قَتَلَهُ عَمْدًا لَمْ تَرِثْ مِنْ مَالِهِ وَلَا مِنْ دِيَتِهِ شَيْئًا فَإِنْ قَتَلَ خَطَأً وَرِثَ مِنْ مَالِهِ وَلَمْ تَرِثْ مِنْ دِيَتِهِ شَيْئًا
