نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ مِهْرَانَ السَّوَّاقُ نا أَبُو النَّصْرِ الْفَقِيهُ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ نا أَبُو غَسَّانَ نا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ

لَا نَرِثُ أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ وَلَا يَرِثُونَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَرِثَ الرَّجُلُ عَبْدَهُ أَوْ أَمَتَهُ وَتَحِلُّ لَنَا نِسَاؤُهُمْ وَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُمْ نِسَاؤُنَا
