نا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي دَاوُدَ نا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْأَزْهَرِ نا مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
حَرَّمَ أَوْ هَدَمَ الْمُتْعَةَ النِّكَاحُ وَالطَّلَاقُ وَالْعُدَّةُ وَالْمِيرَاثُ

رويه عكرمة بن عمار واختلف عنه فرواه مؤمل بن إسماعيل وبكر بن يزيد العقيلي عن عكرمة بن عمار فقال المؤمل عن المقبري عن أبي هريرة وقال بكر بن يزيد عن المقبري عن أبيه عن أبي هريرة وخالفهما بشر بن عمر رواه عن عكرمة بن عمار عن عبد الله بن سعيد مرسلا عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
