نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُبَشِّرٍ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ الْقَطَّانُ نا أَبُو قَطَنٍ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ نا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو بُرْدَةَ قَالَ أَبُو مُوسَى قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

تُسْتَأْمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِي نَفْسِهَا فَإِنْ سَكَتَتْ فَقَدْ أَذِنَتْ فَإِنْ أَنْكَرَتْ لَمْ تُكْرَهْ قَالَ أَبُو قَطَنٍ قُلْتُ لِيُونُسَ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْهُ أَوْ مِنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ قَالَ نَعَمْ
