نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ ح وَنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الصَّرِيفِينِيُّ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ بْنِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ الْبَصْرِيُّ ح وَنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعْدَانَ نا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ قَالَا نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ أَبِي الْحُسَامِ نا صَالِحُ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

الْأَيِّمُ أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا وَالْيَتِيمَةُ تُسْتَأْذَنُ فِي نَفْسِهَا وَإِذْنُهَا السُّكُوتُ

    هكذا رواه معمر ورواه سعيد بن سلمة عن صالح عن عبد الله بن الفضل عن نافع بن جبير وهو أشبه
