نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ نا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ نا أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي صَالِحُ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَيَّاشِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْأَيِّمُ أَوْلَى بِأَمْرِهَا وَالْيَتِيمَةُ تَسْتَأْمِرُهَا فِي نَفْسِهَا وَإِذْنُهَا صُمَاتُهَا تَابَعَهُ سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ وَخَالَفَهُمَا مَعْمَرٌ فِي إِسْنَادِهِ فَأَسْقَطَ مِنْهُ رَجُلًا وَخَالَفَهُمَا أَيْضًا فِي مَتْنِهِ فَأَتَى بِلَفْظٍ آخَرَ وَهِمَ فِيهِ لِأَنَّ كُلِّ مَنْ رَوَاهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ وَكُلِّ مَنْ رَوَاهُ عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ مَعَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ خَالَفُوا مَعْمَرًا وَاتِّفَاقُهُمْ عَلَى خِلَافِهِ دَلِيلٌ عَلَى وَهْمِهِ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ

تابعه سعيد بن سلمة عن صالح بن كيسان وخالفهما معمر في إسناده فأسقط منه رجلا وخالفهما أيضا في متنه فأتى بلفظ آخر وهم فيه لأن كل من رواه عن عبد الله بن الفضل وكل من رواه عن نافع بن جبير مع عبد الله بن الفضل خالفوا معمرا واتفاقهم على خلافه دليل على وهمه والله أعلم
