نا يَزْدَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْكَاتِبُ نا أَبُو مُوسَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ح وَنا أُسَامَةُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَآخَرُونَ قَالُوا نا حَفْصُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو قَالَا نا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْمُقَدِميُّ نا حَجَّاجٌ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ عَنْ ابْنِ مُحَيْرِيزٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِفَضَالَةَ بْنِ

عُبَيْدٍ أَرَأَيْتَ تَعْلِيقَ الْيَدِ فِي عُنُقِ السَّارِقِ أَمِنَ السُّنَّةِ قَالَ نَعَمْ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ أُتِيَ بِسَارِقٍ فَأَمَرِ بِيَدِهِ فَقُطِعَتْ ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِهَا فَعُلِّقَتْ فِي عُنُقِهِ
