نا ابْنُ صَاعِدٍ نا بُنْدَارٌ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ نُضَيْلَةَ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ كَانَتْ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ مِنْ هُذَيْلٍ امْرَأَتَانِ

فَغَارَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا مِنَ الْأُخْرَى فَرَمَتْهَا بِفِهْرٍ أَوْ عَمُودِ فُسْطَاطٍ فَأُسْقِطَتْ فَرُفِعَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَضَى فِيهِ بِغُرَّةٍ فَقَالَ وَلِيُّهَا أَنَدِي مَنْ لَا صَاحَ وَلَا اسْتَهَلَّ وَلَا شَرِبَ وَلَا أَكَلَ أَوْ نَحْوَ ذَلِكَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَسَجْعٌ كَسَجْعِ الْأَعْرَابِ وَجَعَلَهَا عَلَى أَوْلِيَاءِ الْمَرْأَةِ
