نا ابْنُ صَاعِدٍ نا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ نا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ نُضَيْلَةَ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ أَنَّ امْرَأَتَيْنِ ضَرَبَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا الْأُخْرَى بِعَمُودِ الْفُسْطَاطِ

فَقَتَلَتْهَا فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِالدِّيَةِ عَلَى عَصَبَةِ الْقَاتِلَةِ وَفِيمَا فِي بَطْنِهَا غُرَّةً فَقَالَ الْأَعْرَابِيُّ أَنَدِي مَنْ لَا أَكَلَ وَلَا شَرِبَ وَلَا صَاحَ وَاسْتَهَلَّ فَمِثْلُ ذَلِكَ بَطَلَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَسَجْعٌ كَسَجْعِ الْأَعْرَابِ وَقَضَى فِيمَا فِي بَطْنِهَا غُرَّةً
