نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ وَأَبُو مُطِيعٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ
لَا يُقْطَعُ السَّارِقُ فِي أَقَلِّ مِنْ عَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ
