نا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ صَفْوَانَ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ زَحْمَوَيْهِ نا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ أَبِي الْمِقْدَامِ وَيَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ

كَانَ عُمَرُ يَجْعَلُ دِيَةَ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ أَرْبَعَةَ آلَافٍ أَرْبَعَةَ آلَافٍ وَدِيَةَ الْمَجُوسِيِّ ثَمَانَمِائَةٍ
