حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الدَّقَّاقُ نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ نا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو نا زَائِدَةُ نا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ الْمُعْتَمِرِ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ يُكَنَّى أَبَا الْمِقْدَامِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ
أَنَّ عُمَرَ جَعَلَ دِيَةَ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ أَرْبَعَةَ آلَافٍ وَالْمَجُوسِيِّ ثَمَانَمِائَةٍ
