نا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْمَالِكِيُّ نا أَبُو مُوسَى نا أَبُو عَامِرٍ نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ رَجُلٌ قَتَلَ فَيُقْتَلُ بِهِ وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ أَوْ قَالَ الْخَارِجُ مِنَ الْجَمَاعَةِ

✧ The blood of a Muslim man from this ummah is not lawful except for one of three: a man who kills and is killed for it, a previously married adulterer, and one who abandons the community – or he said: one who departs from the community.
