ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ نا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ نا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ نا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

مَا أَدْرَكَتْهُ الصَّفْقَةُ حَيًّا مَجْمُوعًا فَهُوَ مِنْ مَالِ الْمُبْتَاعِ
