ثنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الصَّفَّارُ مِنْ أَصْلِ كِتَابِهِ نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَهْلِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى نا حَنْظَلَةُ بْنُ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
مَنْ وَهَبَ هِبَةً فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا مَا لَمْ يُثَبْ مِنْهَا
