ثنا أَبُو رَوْقٍ الْهَرَّانِيُّ بِالْبَصْرَةِ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ رَوْحٍ نا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ سَمِعَ أَبَا الْمِنْهَالِ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ مُطْعِمٍ يَقُولُ
بَاعَ شَرِيكٌ لِي دَرَاهِمَ فِي السُّوقِ بِنَسِيئَةٍ فَقُلْتُ لَا يَصْلُحُ هَذَا فَقَالَ لَقَدْ بِعْتُهَا فِي السُّوقِ فَمَا عَابَ ذَلِكَ عَلَيَّ أَحَدٌ قَالَ فَسَأَلْتُ الْبَرَاءَ بْنَ عَازِبٍ فَقَالَ قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَنَحْنُ نَتَبَايَعُ هَذَا الْبَيْعَ فَقَالَ مَا كَانَ يَدًا بِيَدٍ فَلَيْسَ بِهِ بَأْسٌ وَمَا كَانَ نَسِيئَةً فَلَا يَصْلُحُ وَالْقَ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَرْقَمَ فَاسْأَلْهُ فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ أَعْلَمَنَا تِجَارَةً فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ
