ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عِيسَى بْنِ عَبْدَكَ نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ الْجُنَيْدِ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ نا أَبِي عَنِ الْمُبَارَكِ بْنِ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ

قَالَ لَا رِبًا إِلَّا فِي ذَهَبٍ أَوْ فِضَّةٍ أَوْ مِمَّا يُكَالُ أَوْ يُوزَنُ وَيُؤْكَلُ وَيَشْرَبُ قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ هَذَا مُرْسَلٌ وَوَهِمَ الْمُبَارَكُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ بِرَفْعِهِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ مِنْ قَوْلِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ مُرْسَلٌ
