حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ بُهْلُولٍ حَدَّثَنَا جَدِّي ثنا أَبِي عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَمْعَانَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
لَا تُؤْخَذُ الصَّدَقَةُ مِنَ الْحَرْثِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ حَصَادُهُ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسُقٍ
