أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ أَنَّ دَاوُدَ بْنَ عَمْرٍو الْمُسَيَّبِيَّ حَدَّثَهُمْ فِي سَنَةِ سِتٍّ وَعِشْرِينَ وَمِائَتَيْنِ قَالَ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الطَّائِفِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
لَا صَدَقَةَ فِي الزَّرْعِ وَلَا فِي الْكَرْمِ وَلَا فِي النَّخْلِ إِلَّا إِذَا بَلَغَ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسُقٍ بَابٌ لَيْسَ فِي الْخَضْرَاوَاتِ صَدَقَةٌ

أرى أن هذا خطأ لأن الحميدي حدثنا عن ابن عيينة قال كان عمرو بن دينار ويحيى بن سعيد يرويان هذا الحديث عن عمرو بن يحيى عن أبيه عن أبي سعيد قال أبي ورأيت في بعض أحاديثهما إما محمد بن مسلم أو ابن داية عمرو بن دينار عن جابر وأبي سعيد عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال أبي كان ابن عيينة أعلم الناس بحديث عمرو بن دينار
machine translationI consider this to be a mistake, because al-Ḥumaydī narrated to us from Ibn ʿUyaynah, who said: ʿAmr b. Dīnār and Yaḥyā b. Saʿīd used to narrate this hadith from ʿAmr b. Yaḥyā, from his father, from Abū Saʿīd. My father said: I saw in some of their hadiths, either Muḥammad b. Muslim or Ibn Dāyah, from ʿAmr b. Dīnār, from Jābir and Abū Saʿīd, from the Prophet ﷺ. My father said: Ibn ʿUyaynah was the most knowledgeable of people regarding the hadith of ʿAmr b. Dīnār.
