machine translationA shaykh in Egypt called Bakkār b. Muḥammad b. Shuʿbah, who was not precise, narrated it from Yazīd b. Zurayʿ, from Burd, from Hishām b. ʿUrwah, from his father, from ʿĀʾishah, and he erred in this regarding Yazīd b. Zurayʿ. The preserved (maḥfūẓ) version is from Burd, from al-Zuhrī, and Burd did not hear anything from Hishām.
