- Dāraquṭnī
machine translationNo one narrated it in this form except Nūḥ b. Abī Maryam, and he is weak in ḥadīth (ḍaʿīf), abandoned (matrūk).
in سنن الدارقطني, p. 1605 - Dāraquṭnī
machine translationAl-Dāraquṭnī recorded it and said: Nūḥ is abandoned (matrūk). He erred in its wording and contradicted all the companions of al-Zuhrī, and he erred in its chain, for it is from Abū Salamah, not from Saʿīd b. al-Musayyab; although it has been narrated from Mālik and al-Awzāʿī from al-Zuhrī from Saʿīd, and that is not preserved (maḥfūẓ).
in سنن الدارقطني, p. 1605 - Dāraquṭnī
machine translationWhoever mentioned Ibn Jurayj in this has erred.
