حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
إِنَّ مِنْ وَرْطَاتِ الأُمُورِ الَّتِي لاَ مَخْرَجَ لِمَنْ أَوْقَعَ نَفْسَهُ فِيهَا سَفْكَ الدَّمِ الْحَرَامِ بِغَيْرِ حِلِّهِ
Translation
