وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ، نَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، نَا زَكَرِيَّا، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

الظَّهْرُ يُرْكَبُ بِنَفَقَتِهِ إِذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا، وَيُشْرَبُ لَبَنُ الدَّرِّ إِذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا، وَعَلَى الَّذِي يَشْرَبُ وَيَرْكَبُ نَفَقَتُهُ

Translation

✧ A riding animal may be ridden when it is pledged, with its expenses; and the milk of a milking animal may be drunk when it is pledged; and upon the one who drinks and rides is its expense.
