✧ When the soul of a believer departs, two angels meet it and ascend with it. He said: He mentioned its pleasant scent and mentioned musk. He said: The inhabitants of heaven say: A good soul has come from the direction of the earth; may Allah bless you and the body you used to inhabit. He said: It is taken to its Lord, Blessed and Exalted. He said: It is said: Go with it, meaning to the end of the two terms. He said: And he mentioned the disbeliever. He said: He mentioned its stench. He said: It is ascended with. He said: The inhabitants of heaven say: A vile soul has come from the direction of the earth, and he mentioned the curse. So they go with it to its Lord, Blessed and Exalted, and it is said: Go with it to the end of the two terms. Abu Hurayrah said: When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned the stench, he moved his hand or his garment over his nose.
