حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَبُو شَيْبَةَ، نَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الطَّبِيبِ، نَا كَامِلُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى الْقَتَّاتِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
إِذَا زَنَتْ أَمَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا، ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا، ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ أَوِ الرَّابِعَةِ فَلْيَبِعْهَا وَلَوْ بِضَفِيرٍ

✧ If the slave-woman of any of you commits adultery, he should flog her. Then if she commits adultery (again), he should flog her. Then if she commits adultery a third or fourth time, he should sell her even for a rope of hair.

Abū Shaybah narrated it from Manṣūr, from al-Zuhrī, from Abū Hurayrah, with no one between them. ʿAmmār b. Abī Farwah narrated it from al-Zuhrī, from ʿUrwah, from ʿAmrah, from ʿĀʾishah. The correct one is the ḥadīth of ʿUbaydullāh from Abū Hurayrah and Zayd b. Khālid. The ḥadīth of ʿUbaydullāh from Shibl from ʿAbdullāh b.
