وَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، نَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَاللَّفْظُ لِأَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ:
مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِحَدِيدَةٍ فَحَدِيدَتُهُ فِي يَدِهِ يَجَأُ بِهَا فِي بَطْنِهِ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدًا فِيهَا مُخَلَّدًا أَبَدًا، وَمَنْ سَمَّ نَفْسَهُ فَسُمُّهُ فِي يَدِهِ يَتَحَسَّاهُ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدًا فِيهَا مُخَلَّدًا أَبَدًا، وَمَنْ تَرَدَّى مِنْ جَبَلٍ فَهُوَ يَتَرَدَّى فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدًا فِيهَا مُخَلَّدًا أَبَدًا

✧ Whoever kills himself with a piece of iron, his piece of iron will be in his hand, stabbing himself with it in his belly in the fire of Hell, remaining therein forever, eternally. Whoever poisons himself, his poison will be in his hand, sipping it in the fire of Hell, remaining therein forever, eternally. Whoever throws himself from a mountain, he will be throwing himself in the fire of Hell, remaining therein forever, eternally.
