وَبِهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
مَنْ تَوَضَّأَ فَأَحْسَنَ الْوُضُوءَ ثُمَّ أَتَى الْجُمُعَةَ فَأَنْصَتَ وَاسْتَمَعَ غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَزِيَادَةُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ، وَمَنْ قَالَ: أَنْصِتْ فَقَدْ لَغَى
Translation
Chain of narrators
- Rasūl Allāh ﷺ
✧ Whoever performs wudu and perfects the wudu, then comes to the Friday prayer, remains silent, and listens, will be forgiven what is between that and the next Friday, plus three extra days. And whoever says, “Be quiet,” has engaged in idle talk.
