✧ What 'Abd al-Rahman al-A'raj narrated from Abu Hurayrah

وَبِهِ قَالَ:
وَاصَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّاسَ فَوَاصَلُوا، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي لَسْتُ مِثْلَكُمْ؛ إِنِّي أَظَلُّ عِنْدَ رَبِّي يُطْعِمُنِي رَبِّي وَيَسْقِينِي
Translation
✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ observed continuous fasting, and the people learned of it and also fasted continuously. He said: 'I am not like you; I remain with my Lord, and my Lord feeds me and gives me drink.'
