حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: نَا يَحْيَى قَالَ: نَا ابْنُ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ; أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

إِذَا ضَرَبَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَجْتَنِبِ الْوَجْهَ، لَا يَقُولُ قَبَّحَ اللهُ وَجْهَكَ وَوَجْهَ مَنْ أَشْبَهَ وَجْهَكَ، فَإِنَّ اللهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى خَلَقَ آدَمَ عَلَى صُورَتِهِ

Translation

✧ When one of you strikes, let him avoid the face. He should not say: May Allah make ugly your face and the face of whoever resembles your face, for Allah, Blessed and Exalted, created Adam in His image.
