✧ 'Abd al-Rahman b. Ya'qub from Abu Hurayrah

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قَالَ: نَا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ قَالَ: نَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

إِنَّ مِنَ الْكَبَائِرِ اسْتِطَالَةَ الرَّجُلِ فِي عِرْضِ رَجُلٍ، أَوِ الرَّجُلِ الْمُسْلِمِ - بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ، وَمِنَ الْكَبَائِرِ السَّبَّتَانِ بِالسَّبَّةِ.
